I ONLY bake CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES and NO OTHER kind. Here are the flavors I bake:
Would you believe that I have reviewed over 1,000 other different cookie bakers and their ccc cookies/recipes online and on social media and do you know what I've found among them all? NO ONE SPECIALIZES in making chocolate chip cookies (like I do). They TRY to make chocolate chip cookies AND THINK their chocolate chip cookies are "THE BEST!" They'll say they've been perfecting their recipe for 3-10 years or their family just loves them! Uh, sorry, those accomplishments don't cut it. You see, the reason why no one SPECIALIZES in making chocolate chip cookies is because they are the HARDEST COOKIE TO BAKE PERFECTLY! One baker boasted at how she tried 20+ ccc recipes until??? She found the best? Why are there so many ccc recipes out there? Again, chocolate chip cookies (ccc) are the hardest cookie to bake. Well, because I bake my chocolate chip cookies so perfectly, I don't need to make a dozen other variety of cookies. Never have, never will. By the way, I've got the 1,000+ screen shots of those other bakers' chocolate chip cookies in my phone if you want to see them. Just ask me.
EVERYONE LOVES MY COOKIES
With over 600+ cookie stories, product reviews and testimonials that no other cookie baker on Earth could generate, it’s not hard to see why everyone says my chocolate chip cookies are THE BEST!
Would you believe that most cookie (selling/recipe) websites don't have any testimonials about their chocolate chip cookies? If they do, they have like 3-10 that read something like, "Great service. I'll order again. Taste great." Or, if it's a chocolate chip cookie recipe website or blog, tucked in between a few nice reviews will be a few "these cookies turned out way flat," "I had to throw everything out." Yeah, uh huh. If a baker boasts that their cookies are "THE BEST" you'd think they would have at least 100+ people bragging about how good their cookies were. Even the recipes I've seen where commenters had good things to say, still, the recipe was wrong, outdated, required unnecessary ingredients and/or steps and still turned out flat, uncooked, burnt edged cookies. What's that really say about the quality and taste of these other cookies? Not much, I presume.

Would you believe that most cookie (selling/recipe) websites don't have any more than 1-3 photos of their chocolate chip cookie for sale and if they do they're usually not that appealing looking. They usually look average, plain jane, like everyone else's chocolate chip cookie, undercooked, burnt edges, flat as pancakes, yellow (stop me at any time) ... and just plain unappealing! I wouldn't eat more than 1? 2? of their cookies, and I bet that's all one person would ever consume. Add that to the very few (to no) testimonials for their cookies, and what do you have? You have a very highly undesirable product on your hands. Maybe that's why those other cookie bakers make a variety of other chocolate chip cookies because they just haven't mastered the chocolate chip cookie. Just an idea.
MY "COOKIE BOOK"
Did you know I actually wrote a book about my cookies? It was my 28th book and it came out of no where. While building the web pages to showcase my cookie stories, reviews and testimonials and rewriting an article as to why I make the best chocolate chip cookies in the universe, I just thought ... WHY NOT WRITE A BOOK ABOUT IT! It goes into my cookie baking story and how I plan to bring my chocolate chip cookie recipe to the market for the world to enjoy baking in their own homes or place of business.
